Initial Response
Your enquiry is reviewed and a response sent within one working day. The initial reply confirms availability, clarifies the nature of your enquiry, and outlines the most relevant offering.
Intake Overview
For consultation bookings, a brief intake document is sent covering current eating pattern, activity level, and primary goals. This allows the first session to proceed with practical focus rather than introductory discussion.
First Session
Individual consultations are 60 minutes. Sessions are conducted in person at the Tottenham Court Road studio or via video call. A written summary with reference notes is provided within 48 hours of the session.
